5.1 Return Policy

We offer returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is in its original condition – unused, uninstalled, and with all original packaging and tags
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Padlocks & Key Cables (for security reasons, once opened)
  • Safes (due to their size, weight, and security nature)
  • Specialty Door Hardware (custom or special order items)
  • Any item that shows signs of installation, use, or damage

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  2. Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging with all accessories and clearly mark the RMA number

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

5.4 Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
